Welcome to K.N.I.T Studio! By purchasing from us, you agree to the following terms of sale. Please read them carefully before completing your order.

1. General Information All items sold by K.N.I.T Studio are handmade and crafted with care. As an independent artist, I strive to deliver quality products that meet your expectations. Please note that minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the items.

2. Payment Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payments are processed securely, and we do not store any payment information. Accepted payment methods will be displayed at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Shipping times and costs will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please ensure your address is correct, as K.N.I.T Studio is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the customer receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at contact.knitstudio@gmail.com with your order details.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of the return shipping label.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, provided it is in its original condition.

  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

5. Cancellations Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the crafting process has begun.

6. Product Care To maintain the quality of your handmade item, please follow the care instructions provided with your purchase. K.N.I.T Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care.

7. Limitation of Liability K.N.I.T Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its products. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
